  • SUPERVISING M&E WORKS AND COORDINATING WITH CLIENTS REPRESENTATIVE, CONSULTANTS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS ON TECHNICAL MATTERS
  • COORDINATING WITH MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR, MAIN CONTRACTOR, ETC. ABOUT DRAWINGS AND EXECUTION AT SITE
  • Verifying electrical shop drawings for accuracy based on client comments
  • Ensuring timely and efficient project progress
  • Achieving high-quality results while adhering to safety regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proactive approach with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Prior experience as Engineer and BIM Modeller is preferred
  • Preferably with background in M&E Construction Industry
  • Knowledge of AutoCad 2D and 3D drawings is an added advantage

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
