Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible to:
Perform drug compounding.
Prepare sterile and non-sterile product orders under pharmacist’s supervision. Ensure products compounded adhere to quality control and labelling requirements. Maintain inventory, records and facilities required for compounding.
Perform stock receipts and issues strictly in FIFO order.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work areas and prepare these for daily operations.
Dilution and reconstitution of IV chemotherapy preparations in compliance with regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course or a Diploma in Biomedical Science (Specialization in Pharmaceutical Science Technology) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science and relevant experience.
Able to work staggered shift duties.
Working Location: Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
