  • Billing and Inventory Management: You will manage billing functions with precision and regularly review and update inventory levels based on consumption.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional, professional, and courteous service to all patients and customers.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal storage conditions, conduct expiry checks, perform audits, and report defects in drug products within the institution.
