What you will be working on: Drive collaborations across internal and external stakeholders by harmonizing motivations and requirements, enabling the smooth delivery of Active SG offerings to the citizens. Ensure implementation of initiatives in accordance to intended deliverables. Understand initiatives across zones, assess utility, and facilitate alignment across Active SG content implementation plan. Support the development of Active SG key events framework and facilitate the alignment of such events within the Active SG programme and content strategy. Support the events taskforce for the design and execution of selected key events. Drive and execute events, from design and planning, allocation of resources and manpower to actual execution and implementation. Support the development of communications strategy across ASG initiatives and events. Understand customer wants and needs and build Active SG offerings based on consumer insights and feedback. Gain mindshare from customer groups and relevant stakeholders. Track effectiveness of comms efforts and adapt plans to maximise results. What we are looking for: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent. At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in programme development and management, sport event strategy, strategic planning, etc. Ability to consider a wide range of internal and external variables that will influence planning outcomes and processes. Ability to deal with complexity and rapid changes in the overall environment especially in navigating the Strategy-Ops Nexus. Possess a strategic and growth mindset. Able to proactively manage priorities and relationships and people in order to effectively drive projects forward. Able to facilitate the generation of solutions to complex issues. Possess strong analytical skills and good business acumen. Has good organisational, management and administrative skills. Has good verbal and written communication skills. Able to multi-task and work under pressure. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records.
