Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Years Educator to provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Caregiving Routines: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate caregiving routines that align with the Early Years Development Framework.
  • Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare engaging activities and lessons that cater to the diverse needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document children's learning and developmental progress to inform future planning and teaching strategies.
  • Health, Safety, and Hygiene: Regularly review and ensure compliance with health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Relationship Building: Foster respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers, their families, and the broader community.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Possesses a Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration and Certification: Has registered with the relevant authority and attained the required certification.
