Job Description Ensure accurate and timely preparation of budgets, forecasts, management and statutory reports, including audits, tax filings, and compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies. Support the department heads with timely financial reports, insights, and analysis on profitability, efficiency, and operational performance to support business objectives. Review, recommend, implement, and improve internal controls, financial policies, processes, and workflows to reduce risks and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for end-of-month close, grant reporting, budget preparation, and audit preparation. Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing to IRAS. Process payroll, including CPF submission, IR21 clearance, and year-end IR8A submission to IRAS. Submit and record government claims, including for maternity, childcare leave, SDF training, etc. Reconcile
