Roles & Responsibilities
Support Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) production, testing and troubleshooting of aircraft components and systems.
Responsible for operational readiness of major test equipment.
Work closely with the OEM on all technical matters and with test equipment OEMs to address failures in a timely manner.
Implement technical investigation, testing and troubleshooting processes to determine root causes of problems.
Manage investigation, testing and troubleshooting methodologies to improve product first pass yield.
Lead investigation, fault isolation and root cause analysis of technical defects.
Engage in process improvement projects for better efficiency.
Support New Production Introduction.
Coordinate with third party facility management vendors in facilities maintenance and building services to ensure deliverables are completed.
Oversee daily facilities operations, complete documentation, and implement corrective measures as required.
Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations.
Perform other duties as required by the business.
Requirements
Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in test equipment troubleshooting and maintenance is advantageous.
Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, tool/bench drawings and other technical documents related to manufacturing hardware.
Flexible and able to adapt to multicultural and fast-changing environments.
Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones when required.
Ability to learn and work with new and diverse technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
