Impeccable technical support specialists are in high demand, and we're seeking a talented individual to excel in this role.

  • Deliver seamless system setups, ensuring users are empowered with comprehensive documentation and engaging end-user training experiences.
  • Provide swift and efficient after-sales technical support, promptly resolving challenges and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop strong partnerships with manufacturers, streamlining RMA processes and securing top-notch technical support.
  • Mastery of technical plans, specifications, and schematic block diagrams will be crucial in delivering outstanding results.
  • Expertise in hand/power tools, test equipment, wiring/cabling, and termination is essential for precision and excellence in every task.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video and new media technologies, including system installations and customer technical support.
  • Media technology/AV media technology/multimedia technology background is preferred.
  • 1-2 years' verifiable experience in setting up, installing, and supporting such systems is highly desirable.
  • Q-SYS Design (LUA or Block) programming skills would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills, with confidence and strong customer service abilities.
  • Adaptability and efficiency in managing tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and provide optimal solutions to customers.
  • Diploma in a media technology-related field of study is preferred.
