Visionary Application Specialist Role

Are you passionate about ensuring quality and reliability for top clients in the region? Do you have a strong background in engineering disciplines and experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer? We are seeking a highly skilled Visionary Application Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This exciting role will involve working on cutting-edge technology, supporting customers, testing and optimizing hardware/software performance, and delivering innovative solutions that directly impact global industries.

Responsibilities:

  • • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve complex technical issues
Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or Customer Support Engineer in semiconductor machinery, automation, or device manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, Windows OS, and servo/electrical components (sensors, relays, controllers)
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor quality control processes; familiarity with optical inspection equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and cross-border teams
