Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Behaviors team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class engineers and research scientists who are pushing the boundaries of autonomous driving technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enable our self-driving vehicles to navigate complex real-world scenarios. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate your solutions into our fleet and ensure seamless operation.

Your expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and software engineering principles will be essential in tackling the technical challenges of this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning models that meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into our vehicle's software stack.
  • Work with data scientists to develop and refine datasets for model training.
  • Contribute to the development of our autonomous vehicle platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Fluency in Python programming language.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision and signal processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with C++ programming language.

  • Prior experience working on autonomous vehicle projects.
  • Publication history in relevant conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICML, NeurIPS).
  • Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Robotics.
