As a Senior Associate in the US External Audit team, you will have the opportunity to lead audit engagements and contribute to our firm's reputation for excellence and client service. You will be part of a clear career progression model that includes advancing from Associate to Senior, Junior Manager, Experienced Manager, and Director levels. With demonstrated performance, professionals typically reach the Experienced Manager level within four years.To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting and have a strong interest in pursuing the US CPA designation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high attention to detail with a commitment to audit quality are essential.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience at a Top Tier firm performing US external audits. Hands-on experience with planning, executing, and reporting audit engagements under US GAAP/GAAS is required.This is a full-time role based in either Kolkata or Delhi NCR, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
