Job Description
Work in teams to understand clients' businesses deeply.
Conduct audits based on audit planning and prepare audit work papers.
Understand audit objectives, ensure sufficient audit evidence, and present conclusions.
Candidate Requirements
Recognized degree in Accountancy and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of external audit experience in a public accounting firm, conducting audits under PCAOB standards and US GAAS.
Experience with SEC Registrants and PCAOB inspections is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, PCAOB standards, SOX 404b, and SEC rules.
Understanding of business, risk management, and relevant regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and business acumen.
