Learn new skills and capabilities, and grow your career with us in manufacturing therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.We are looking to hire a Procurement Content Advisor to support deployment of consistent Content Management Processes across Singapore in Indirect & CAPEX in line with global process blueprint.Creates and maintains Procurement content (e.g. SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management/ Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master DataImprove buying/Procurement content and buying channel experienceAct as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement TeamIncrease P2P automation ratesThis is a 15 months fixed term contract position in our Singapore Tuas site.What you will getAn agile career and dynamic working culture.An inclusive and ethical workplace.Compensation programs that recognize high performance.Daily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site.Fully paid medical insuranceResponsibilities:Provide Process and buying channel experienceSupport process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP AribaRun analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and/or strategic buyersAct as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement TeamEstablish content (system based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic BuyersEnsure operationalization of contracts/ catalogs and smart-forms through content managementCollaborate with Content Advisor/Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenanceManage and support supplier onboarding, support and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliersAny other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.What we are looking for:Over 5+ years of project management experience.Customer Service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneouslyPositive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill setsEnjoy working with data, IT System & new technologiesHands on experience of handling detailed information & data and transcribing this information & data into SAP ERP and/or SAP AribaExperience in P2P Process and Content ManagementExperience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying Set upHands on experience of using Microsoft Office (in particular MS Excel)Working knowledge of general business practicesBroad and deep Source-to-Pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in Requisition-to-PayVery good knowledge about buying channelsGood contract/ outline agreement expertiseGood stakeholder managementProject management skillsProven supplier management skillsSupport driving change and complianceSolid background and expertise in Procurement processes and methodologiesVery good skills in content management system & tools configurationStrong technical skills and proven ability to learn new systems and database schemasAdvanced analytical skillsAt Lonza, we offer equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
