We are looking to hire a Procurement Content Advisor to support deployment of consistent Content Management Processes across Singapore in Indirect & CAPEX in line with the global process blueprint. Creates and maintains Procurement content (e.g. SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management/Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data Improves buying/Procurement content and buying channel experience Acts as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team Increases P2P automation rates This is a 15 months fixed term contract position at our Singapore Tuas site What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Daily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site Fully paid medical insurance Our full list of global benefits can be found here: What you will do Provide Process and buying channel experience Support process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Content workstream lead, Category Managers and/or strategic buyers Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team Establish content (system based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Content Workstream Lead, Category Manager and Strategic Buyers Ensure operationalization of contracts/catalogs and smart-forms through content management Collaborate with Content Advisor/Managers and P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance Manage and support supplier onboarding, support and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager What we are looking for Over 5+ years of project management experience Customer Service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets Enjoy working with data, IT systems & new technologies Hands-on experience of handling detailed information & data and transcribing this information & data into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba Experience in P2P Process and Content Management Experience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying Setup Hands-on experience of using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) Working knowledge of general business practices Broad and deep Source-to-Pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in Requisition-to-Pay Very good knowledge about buying channels Good contract/outline agreement expertise Good stakeholder management Project management skills Proven supplier management skills Support driving change and compliance Solid background and expertise in Procurement processes and methodologies Very good skills in content management system & tools configuration Strong technical skills and proven ability to learn new systems and database schemas Advanced analytical skills Lonza is an equal employment opportunity employer.
