1.5 Degrees is a young and bold vegan gelato brand committed to changing the way India experiences dessert. As the brand expands its footprint through QSRs and dine-in outlets, we are seeking a Design & Branding Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring that each outlet resonates with the brand's essence.In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial interior design, layout, and branding of our QSR outlets. Collaborating closely with the operations, marketing, and technical teams, you will strive to create spaces that are not only functional but also visually aligned with our brand identity.Key Responsibilities:- Planning and executing the interior layout and design of QSR outlets and restaurants.- Ensuring optimal placement for ice cream machines, counters, seating, and service flow.- Collaborating with branding teams to implement the visual identity across outlets through signage, walls, packaging displays, etc.- Working with vendors, architects, and local teams for on-ground implementation.- Maintaining a consistent brand feel in each store while being adaptable to local contexts if necessary.- Suggesting materials, lighting, and finishes that reflect our sustainable, vegan values.- Managing project timelines and cost estimates related to store build-outs.Requirements:- Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Commercial Space Design.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality outlet design.- Strong understanding of branding within commercial interiors.- Creative thinker with practical execution skills.- Ability to manage vendors, timelines, and quality standards.- Bonus: Experience in vegan, sustainable, or D2C brands.Why Join Us This is an opportunity to be at the core of shaping the physical identity of a rapidly growing vegan brand.
