Overview Client Director of International Talent Consultancy - Product & Tech This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing creator monetisation platform that empowers creators and influencers to build sustainable income streams. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for our video platform, working closely with the CPO and a world-class team with backgrounds from FAANG and unicorn startups. You'll play a key role in driving the platform's roadmap, user engagement, and monetisation strategy — helping creators connect, grow, and earn through innovative product experiences. Responsibilities Shape and execute the product strategy for the video platform. Drive the platform's roadmap, user engagement, and monetisation strategy. Collaborate with the CPO and a cross-functional team to deliver innovative product experiences for creators. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products. Experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or gaming is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable product strategies. Proficient in product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Nice to Have Familiarity with the Web3 space — including blockchain, NFTs, or token-based economies — is a strong plus, as you'll work closely with teams exploring new monetisation models for creators.
