Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Corporate Communications Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for effective communication and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Communications: Provide support for internal and external communication initiatives, including speech writing, banner design, poster creation, notice board updates, e-newsletter development, LCD panel content, brand messaging, and other ad-hoc requirements.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms. Monitor engagement, track performance, and optimize strategies to ensure maximum impact.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, website, and other corporate materials that accurately reflect the company's brand and values.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring fresh and relevant content. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize search engine rankings (SEO) and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for social media, website, and marketing materials that align with the company's branding and style guidelines.
  • Liaise with the Publicity & Engagement Committee to ensure timely review and approval of communications content.
  • Liaise with various departments, suppliers, and external parties to implement communication plans, club updates, and news in a timely manner.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing major and ad-hoc club events, including sponsorship arrangements, VIP invitations, promotional materials, draft speeches, photography, and emcee duties.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Memberships' Club/Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
