Coating and Masking Process Engineer/ Technician (spraying process/International Assignment/ Relocation Required/5-8K/ Base in China)

Job Scope

  • Experience operating coating and masking process equipment or developing related processes and applications.
  • Ability to handle and maintain fixtures, and troubleshoot issues in the spraying process.
  • Hands-on experience with dispensing and spraying processes for laptop, electronic product enclosures, or waterproof products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.

Requirement

  • Process Experience: Proven experience operating dispensing, coating, and spraying equipment.
  • Software: CAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive attitude with good communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including multinational teams.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
