With 2-3 years of experience and an agency background preferred, we are looking for an Agency Producer to join our team.As an Agency Producer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of advertising campaigns. This includes tasks such as planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources. You will work closely with creative teams, including copywriters, art directors, and designers, to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and target audiences. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying and selecting external vendors, such as production houses, directors, photographers, and post-production companies, based on project requirements and budget considerations.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong project management skills are a must, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proven experience as an Agency Producer or similar role in an advertising agency or production company is required to excel in this position.,
