**Job Title:** Childcare Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Childcare Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, collaborating with parents, and ensuring the highest standards of childcare are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Collaborate with parents to address children's learning needs and provide regular updates on their progress.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as ECDA guidelines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy environment for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
