Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of complex SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and global standards.
Deliver high-quality 3rd-level support for international SAP environments to ensure reliability and performance.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions through analysis, concept development, and technical specifications.
Implement innovative solutions using the latest SAP technologies, via custom development or advanced configuration.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business units to optimise system performance and user experience.
Define requirements and manage external vendors/partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
Prepare training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enable internal teams and end users.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and system enhancements.
Requirements
Degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field .
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global or complex enterprise environment.
Proven track record in SAP project delivery and support.
Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP Workbench.
Configuration knowledge in one or more of the following modules:
PP/APO, PLM, QM, or BW .
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
