About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development expert to spearhead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales environments and is passionate about creating value for clients through digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and engage prospective clients, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions leveraging technology offerings.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach, particularly in sectors seeking digital transformation or business automation.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging technology offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and servicing teams, to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Market Intelligence: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build market intelligence and develop new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Trend Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a software or digital transformation environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in B2B solution selling with consultative techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in or selling to professional services firms (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting) is an advantage.
