Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain long‐term relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities. Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new customers through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, networking and industry engagement. Build and own a sales portfolio that sets out the strategy to achieve your key performance metrics. Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities. Stay up to date with the company's new and existing CRM solutions, features and integrations to facilitate sales efforts. Identify customer's business challenges and craft tailored CRM demonstrations and presentations that showcase value and ROI. Initiate and drive solution‐focused activities in line with business goals. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and business processes to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions. Deliver CRM solution demos, proof‐of‐concepts (POCs) and configuration workshops. Create and present CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline workflows, and improve sales productivity. We would love to hear from you if: You possess a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent. You have a strong grounding in CRM, sales automation, or customer experience platforms and understand how technology drives business growth. You have knowledge in sales process optimization, lead management, data analytics, workflow automation, or customer journey mapping. You can build relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting and consultative techniques.You are professional, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity. You are self‐motivated, self‐driven and proactive in achieving results. You have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. You are confident working in a fast‐paced, technology‐driven environment.
