Summary
The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible for managing, controlling and be responsible for the Ramp aspect of flight handling & deployment of manpower and equipment to service Apron Operations Areas.
Duties And Responsibilities
Plan & deploy manpower and equipment to service flights
Maintain all apron equipment in a prepare state of readiness for operations
Maintain & update flight schedule, operators' requirements, equipment status and manpower status in Control Room
Brief ramp staff before arrival of flight on requirement and services
Attend to flight handling and ensure safety and security procedure is adhering to around parked aircraft
Pushback of aircraft after Captain get clearance from Changi Airport Group (CAG) Apron Control
Prepare and verify Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) / Technical Service Report (TSR) after each flight
Responsible for the discipline of subordinates assigned to him
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements
GCE 5 "N" levels or 2 "O" levels
Minimum 2 years' experience in ramp handling
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 License
