Identity Management Consultant (IAM Operation Analyst)
Position overview for an Identity Management Consultant (IAM Operation Analyst) at Helius Technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree holder with 8+ years of work experience (preferably in a financial institution or in banking environment).
Strong command of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and operations (e.g., Joiner, Mover Leaver (JML), Recertification, Role-based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties); operator knowledge of identity and access solutions/tools (e.g., Active Directory, IDM) and banking applications/systems and basic data flow across system feeds.
Knowledge of ITIL, IT Risk concepts and local banking regulations and standards.
Meticulous documentation, records retention and management of audit artefacts.
Proficient in Data Analysis, Insights and Reporting using MS Excel and Pivots.
Champion of change and continuous improvement via process reviews and implementation of mitigating controls.
High level of integrity, commitment and drive to excel in the role.
Conscientious with meeting SLAs, balancing BAU responsibilities with project commitments within a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Able to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision and/or as a collaborative team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service-orientated and 'can do' attitude.
Able to interact with colleagues across different IT/Business divisions and levels of seniority.
