Job Title: Deskside/Desktop Support Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to provide end-user computing support to multinational companies in Singapore.

This role involves providing level 2 support for end-user desktop equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing break-fix and IMAC tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing asset and peripheral inventory, as well as providing smart hands support for networks and servers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology;
  • Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician;
  • At least 3 years of IT deskside support experience for junior level;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
