Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education is desirable (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • An approachable and empathetic nature, with a genuine love for working with young children.
  • A willingness to learn from others and take guidance from experienced educators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
