As a Community Engagement & Communications Specialist at Kai Circle, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships that connect our organization with the communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to enhance visibility, promote engagement, and strengthen connections with both internal and external stakeholders.Your key responsibilities will involve managing program enrollment and admissions, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, maintaining an admissions tracker, and ensuring a smooth admissions process. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Center and Advancement Manager to meet enrollment targets for each cohort.In addition, you will be involved in planning and organizing parent events and educator engagement campaigns. Your role will also entail coordinating with external experts and speakers for delivering expert talks and high-quality events, as well as managing pre and post-event communications to gather feedback and encourage engagement.Building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to expand Kai Circle's network will be an essential part of your role. You will be expected to uphold professionalism, neutrality, and sensitivity in all communications while fostering a culture of respect, psychological safety, and clarity within the team.Furthermore, you will contribute to brand management and communications efforts, including social media content planning and posting. Experience in marketing will be advantageous in supporting business development initiatives. Your ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, exercise professionalism in all communications, and demonstrate sound judgment will be crucial.To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a communications role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to growth, proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, and strong event planning and project management abilities are desired qualifications.
