Join to apply for the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, OAFA role at Singapore Management University . Responsibilities Support the Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance . Lead marketing and outreach efforts: social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and signature events. Analyze admissions data to support SMU admissions strategies and contribute to analytics reports and strategic papers. Grow relationships with key partner schools locally and overseas: participate in school fairs, organize visits, interact with students, parents and teachers; overseas travel is required. Support admissions operations: applicant shortlisting, liaison with applicants, and interview scheduling during application seasons. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduate degree. Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and a strong understanding of local and international marketing trends across social media platforms and Gen‐Z target audiences. Demonstrated experience in data analytics and data visualisation, advanced Microsoft Excel functions and statistical software. Excellent presentation and written communication skills. Ability to multi‐task across different projects in a fast‐paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond to different types of personalities. Strong interest in the higher education industry, as well as in engaging with pre‐university students and parents. Willingness to work on weekends when required, for events and interviews. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a requirement for this role. Other Information Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply.
