Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Interior Design Drafter / Manager
to support our retail fit-out projects. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and detailed construction documents, working closely with design and project teams to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts based on design briefs and site measurements.
Convert conceptual designs into accurate shop drawings, joinery details, and construction plans.
Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and precision.
Revise drawings in response to site changes or design updates.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and gather on-site data.
Support material specification and coordination with design teams.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.
At least 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail or interior fit-out.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and site conditions effectively.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Additional Information:
Open to candidates with valid work authorization in Singapore.

Overtime may be required depending on project demands. Compensation will comply with MOM regulations.
