**Job Description**:

- Position: Interior Design Drafter (NO SALES INVOLVED) **Adobe Photoshop/ Autodesk 3ds Max**
- Location: Ubi
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Between $2400 - $3000
- Duration: Full Time
- Industry: Interior Design

Main Responsibilities:

- High creativity in design and stay up to date with current trends in interior design.
- Develop solutions to sales person and plan with responsibility for design drawing in both 2D and 3D for home owner.
- Work with the company salesman/ consultant to ensure design output is meet the requirements of home owner.
- Possess technical know-how for practical scheduling to the proposed design in rational stages.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients/ salesman who can converse in Mandarin only.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Able Independent and hardworking.
- Able to work under pressure and with tight-schedule.
- Ability to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
