We blend programmatic expertise and leading AI technology with consultative partnership to drive real business outcomes. As Sr. Regional HR Director for JAPAC at MiQ, you will champion our people strategy across diverse cultures, geographies, and business environments in Asia and ANZ. Your focus will be building and nurturing a high‐performing, inclusive, and distributed team to deliver on MiQ's growth ambitions. Key responsibilities: Lead regional HR partnership, talent acquisition, and organisational development for distributed teams spanning Asia (including major markets such as The Philippines, Japan, and SEA hubs) and ANZ (Australia & New Zealand). Partner with global HR leaders to co‐create, localise, and deliver innovative offerings, as well as standardised employee engagement, inclusion, retention, and wellbeing programs. Serve as an adviser to senior leadership on all matters related to people, culture, and performance, promoting the adoption of global frameworks while honouring local nuances. Guide the rollout of MiQ's compensation, benefits, and compliance policies, ensuring adaptation and integration of global principles in all Asian and ANZ countries. Lead change management and organisational transformation initiatives in partnership with global stakeholders, anticipating market shifts while enabling regional agility. Foster a culture of unity, courage, and inclusion, championing MiQ's core values in every local context. Represent the region and MiQ externally, promoting our employer brand and driving talent attraction across JAPAC markets. Operate with autonomy to proactively identify and solve regional challenges, while maintaining strong collaboration and partnership within the global HR team. What you'll bring Extensive HR leadership experience (typically 15+ years) including region‐wide oversight of teams/projects spanning Japan, SEA, and ANZ. Demonstrated success managing distributed, multicultural HR teams in global organisations, ideally within a programmatic AdTech business. Tertiary educated, with ideally a Masters in HR. Proven experience working collaboratively and cross‐functionally (especially with global HR leaders and systems owners) to embed consistent practices across geographies. Deep understanding of HR practices and employment laws in multiple Asian countries (SG, HK, PH) and a deep understanding of Australia/New Zealand. Ability to balance independent decision‐making with collaborative stakeholder engagement, leveraging strong change management and organisational development skills. Proficiency in using leading HR systems, tools, and platforms for distributed workforces. Strategic thinking paired with hands‐on operational execution and a consultative partnership approach.
