Have a strong academic track record, including high-quality publications in top-tier journals. Demonstrate strong potential to lead independent and innovative research in biological sciences. Exhibit a clear research vision aligned with cutting-edge advancements in the field. Experience in interdisciplinary research and collaboration is advantageous.
