Overview
Junior Contracts Analyst (6-mths contract) at Gunvor Group. This is a fixed-term, part-time role.
Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of internal trade data
Validate transactions against trader recaps, broker confirmations and counterparty contracts
Prepare draft contracts/confirmations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract wordings
Upload contracts/confirmations and all counters/amendments/confirmations to the ETRM system
Update master templates when necessary
Update contract Excel worksheets/Power BI reports
Collate signatories of contracts/confirmations
Perform UAT testing, building of templates/contacts
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
Familiar with Incoterms
Polytechnic or diploma holder qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered
Well versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)
Team player and able to work independently
