Critical Care Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care Professional to join our team. As a Staff Nurse in our 24-hour Medical Urgency Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Care Management: Provide comprehensive care to patients, including triage, assessment, and development of individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Nursing Interventions: Initiate timely and appropriate nursing actions to improve patient outcomes, ensuring the safety of patients and staff.
- Triage and Patient Acuity: Accurately assess patient acuity using the Singapore 4-points Patient Acuity Category Scale (PACs) to determine clinical urgency.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in action plans to enhance employee engagement and performance, contributing to departmental and hospital projects related to quality improvement.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma: Minimum Degree/Diploma in Nursing required; Advanced Diploma or Post-basic qualification in Emergency Nursing an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a tertiary hospital setting.
- Skills: Meticulous and analytical team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts as needed.
