Residency Engagement

SWATX is looking for a highly motivated and empathetic L1 Residency Engagement Specialist to be a part of their team. As an L1 Residency Engagement Specialist, your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive and seamless residency experience for our residents. You will be the main point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as necessary. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a sincere desire to assist others.Your responsibilities will include serving as the initial contact for resident inquiries, providing accurate information on residency programs, policies, procedures, and resources. You will efficiently address resident issues and concerns while keeping them informed of the progress. Maintaining clear and professional communication with residents through various channels will be essential. Accurate documentation of all resident interactions, program support, resource referral, feedback collection, policy adherence, collaboration with other departments, and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, resident services, or a related field. Experience in a healthcare or academic setting is advantageous.- Language: Proficiency in French and English is a must.Skills required:- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.- Knowledge of residency program regulations and guidelines is beneficial.If you are passionate about resident support, possess the necessary qualifications and skills, and are eager to contribute to enhancing the resident experience, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position at SWATX.,
