An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Technology Solutions Provider as their Cloud Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end service operations across AWS or Azure environments. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations, SLA adherence and continual service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage cloud service delivery across multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
  • Monitor cloud environments using tools like CloudWatch or Azure Monitor to identify and resolve incidents proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams to maintain high operational standards.
  • Lead service reviews with clients, sharing insights, metrics, and driving improvements.
  • Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud service delivery/operations.
  • Strong grasp of monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and familiarity with ITIL practices and DevOps environments.
  • Experience in cost governance/FinOps is a plus.
