Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety requirements, and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
