Job Description

As a skilled equipment maintenance specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and rectify faults in equipment and systems, performing necessary repair works to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, mechanical ventilation systems, boilers, plumbing systems, and other equipment.
  • Attending to guest room maintenance as reported by the Housekeeping department or Front Office.
  • Participating in preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs to optimize hotel efficiency.
  • Maintaining the interior furnishings of the hotel, including repairs and repainting as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, electrical work, mechanical ventilation, assembly, manufacturing, electronics, commissioning, calibration, teamwork, inventory management, and Microsoft Word.
