Key Responsibilities
Billing and Invoicing
Billing and Invoicing
Create, review, and send invoices to clients
Track payments and follow up with clients for overdue accounts
Maintain accurate records of outstanding receivables
Reporting and Data Management
Prepare and update financial and operational dashboards using Excel
Generate detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making
Administrative and Project Support
Coordinate office relocation projects, including logistics, vendor management, and planning
Organize internal company events, such as team-building activities and seminars
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects
Candidate Profile and Experience
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented and organized: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work
Excel-savvy: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, are a must
Knowledgeable in basic accounting: You understand core concepts like payment tracking and invoice management
Adaptable and autonomous: You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple tasks and projects independently
Personable and professional: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or accounting
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
