About the Role As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible of managing our in house delivery fleet and subcontractors. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the company's delivery fulfilment.What you'll be doing Route Planning And Optimization• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B deliveries to customers.• Utilize our internal system to plan routes, assign deliveries to internal drivers & subcontractors, and track progress. • Optimize the routes to reduce transportation cost and timely deliveriesDelivery Management• Oversee daily deliveries status, ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to customer specifications/KPI• Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules.• Manage delivery exceptions or customer issues, ensure prompt resolution.Driver Management• Provide guidance and support to drivers on delivery routes, procedures, and safety protocols.• Ensure drivers maintain proper documentation and complete deliveries accurately.• Address driver concerns and performance issues .Subcontractor Engagement & Management• Management of Subcontractors, including contacting interested parties and briefing on the requirements.• Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.• Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to timeRequirements: • At Least Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent• At least 2-3 years of experience in Fleet Management• Effective people management and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Responsible, team-player, and organized.• Proficient in MS Office.• Possess valid class 3 driving licenseThe Job's Working Hours and Location Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12pm, 5.5 days work weekTai Seng DriveWhat we offer Up to $3500 depending on experience + Annual BonusMedical and Dental benefitsAnnual Leave + Birthday LeaveHow to Apply• Apply through this application or email your resume to in MS Word/PDF Copy.• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
