Responsibilities Perform duties in warehouse and shipping areas in terms of receipt, storage and shipment; operate in a safe, cGMP compliant manner at all times. Oversee daily area operations to ensure smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage and shipment. Oversee daily area operations and ensure smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage and shipment. Maintain accuracy of all transactions in SAP related to material movement and inventory. Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding applicable logistics functions (warehousing, shipping, receiving, distribution, inventory control). Provide guidance to newer members within the function. Ability to work with minimal supervision and cross-train in other functional areas. Monitor area paperwork for accuracy and compliance; assist with transportation and relocation of materials as needed. Support activities in multiple warehouse functional areas as required; respond to alarms informed by Facilities for any temperature excursion and record the event in the logbook. Identify gaps in processes and procedures; recognize/identify deficiencies or gaps in processes; work interdepartmentally to complete tasks (e.g., QC Raw Materials, Purchase to Pay). Detect problems and report information to the appropriate personnel; contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold data integrity principles and monitor data processing procedures to ensure compliance with data integrity standards; develop and maintain documentation outlining data integrity protocols. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on best practices for maintaining data integrity; continuously evaluate and improve data integrity processes. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. What we are looking for Over 5+ years of Logistics / Warehouse experience. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a relevant discipline. Relevant work experience in the Supply Chain Management, Logistics & warehousing function. Work experience from the Pharmaceutical environment or medically related field. Experience in SAP EWM or SAP WM. Knowledge of inbound/outbound, HU management, and warehouse task creation. Understanding of warehouse layouts, storage types, and put away strategies.
