Procurement and Supply Chain Executive

Description Job Title: Procurement and Supply Chain Executive Department: Supply Chain & Procurement (centralised) Reports To: Procurement and Supply Chain Manager Location: SG Work Type: Work from Office Employment Type: Full-time The Procurement and Supply Chain Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the procurement and supply chain functions. This role involves assisting in sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The Executive will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain efficient processes. Key Responsibilities Procurement Assist in sourcing suppliers and gathering quotes for products and services. Support the procurement process by creating and processing purchase orders. Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and address any issues. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Supply Chain Help monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages. Assist in coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Support the management of warehouse operations, including stock receipt and storage. Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. Administrative and Reporting Prepare reports and maintain data related to procurement and supply chain activities. Assist in maintaining supplier databases and contracts. Provide general administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is an advantage. Experience with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus. Skills Good communication and organizational skills. Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Other Requirements Willingness to learn and develop in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
