Job Description Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers. Create a safe space for clients to disclose their face concerns, noting individual needs, routines, and goals. Ensure each client receives tailored treatments that meet their specific needs and goals. Provide a friendly, compassionate environment with deep product and protocol knowledge, offering honest advice. Educate clients on the procedures and their own skincare concerns, modeling our innovative philosophy. Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintain client records, inventory, and supplies. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors. Requirements Willingness to learn, passion for skincare and beauty, self-motivated, and able to work in an international, fast-paced environment. Highly professional, detail-oriented, with an interest in health and wellness. Partial experience in a beauty salon/spa with proven excellence in aesthetics. Ability to build rapport with customers. Provide professional massage services. Follow up with customers post-treatment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
