Job Title: Director of Business Operations

Job Description:

The Director of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of overseas café/billiard salon locations. This includes ensuring consistent execution of brand standards in service, cleanliness, and ambiance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-cultural teams, with excellent communication and organizational abilities. They will also be able to analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational data to drive improvements, coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams as needed.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus. A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
