The Opportunity – Senior Marketing Director

This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives to connect with aligned audiences, raise product visibility, and guide prospective clients through informed decision-making. The position operates under a performance-based, commission-only model, making it well suited to entrepreneurial professionals who enjoy autonomy and value rewards that reflect measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
  • Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Create campaigns tailored for professionals across various sectors
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and program positioning
  • Monitor campaign data and make informed adjustments to improve results
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, leadership, and personal development

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related roles
  • Ability to conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
  • Ability to lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, analytics tools, and remote collaboration platforms
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable to working in a virtual team environment
  • Interest in leadership, education, or personal growth topics
