Job Title: Production Standards Leader

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of manufacturing standards for a national standardization programme, collaborating closely with industry partners to identify critical and emerging standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical research to establish new manufacturing standards and review existing ones
  • Lead and manage the development of national manufacturing standards projects, coordinating with government agencies, professional bodies, and industry associations
  • Manage timely delivery of all manufacturing standards projects and collaborate with industry partners to enhance enterprise competitiveness, productivity, and trade access
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch manufacturing standards, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent with at least 4 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements preferred
  • Results-oriented individual with excellent networking, communication, and industry engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience in organizing virtual, hybrid, and physical events and meetings
  • Prior supervisory and project management experience is required
