What you'll achieve As a global Product Management Advisor (Launch), you will be responsible for developing global Go-To-Market plans, strategies for launching new products & driving business case attainment, define product specifications, crafting positioning documents, performing tactical competitive analysis, and developing customer & press evaluation programs. You will provide leadership in critical situations, develop forecast assumption packages, drive configuration planning, manage product End of Life (EOL) transitions. And work closely with regional teams to educate, drive product adoption and velocity during the product lifecycle. What you'll achieve A Keyboards and Mice Product Planning Consultant is empowered and accountable for defining a winning portfolio strategy & product definitions, timely product introductions and creating/influencing go‐to‐market plans. It is critical for the person in this position to have an in‐depth understanding of the market/competition, customer needs and pain points, and Dell's marketing and sales capabilities. This person will own the PnL of the products he/she defines by effectively influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders across Dell. Create winning category roadmaps with peer planners and analyze global market trends, competitive moves, and customer insights to develop a clear strategy. Establish growth priorities across segments, channels and regions. Influence global GTM planning including product positioning, launch execution and promotion. Closely collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance, quality, industry design teams to deliver success. Provide technical expertise and vision for new product development and existing product improvements. Develop and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for the assigned products, aligning with business goals. Oversee the design, modification, and evaluation of new gaming products, incorporating emerging technologies. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8 years or more of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management in Client Peripherals. Product Management experience in productivity Keyboard and Mouse is strongly preferred. Ability to adopt analytical and objective approach towards assessing & managing the business, and to develop an informed point of view. Effective verbal and written communication skills to influence management teams and external stakeholders. Desirable Requirements Bachelor's or a Master's degree.
