Job Responsibilities
Engage with business users to elicit review and update business requirements. Analyze 'To Be' business and operation processes in the new platform.
Facilitate workshops with end users on requirements gathering.
Be the lead PMO in AML projects/initiatives to manage the objectives and deliverables for KYC Projects.
Collaborate with IT Business Analyst to ensure the requirements are understood and documented. Facilitate UAT Testing with Technology team(s) for the rollout of KYC enhancements.
Support Global Client Lifecycle Management project implementation across branches/entities, follow up and investigate any project issues and defects with the Technology team.
Engage and communicate with key stakeholders/senior management to provide regular updates/report of progress of the project, key risks, and issues.
Prepare user training material and support user training.
Job Requirements
Degree or equivalent.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.
Experience in managing AML/KYC projects is essential.
Prior project management experience in managing IT, digitalization, and/or process improvement projects in FI is a plus.
Some experience in applying Agile in projects.
Good knowledge of IT systems used in the banking industry.
Ability to lead functional and end-to-end projects.
Confidence in leading discussions with senior management, building consensus, and influencing change.
Ability to bridge between business needs and technical requirements.
Collaborative and a good listener to understand business needs.
Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines.
