Programme Management Executive

Job Information Duration: 11 months Schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours Location: Pasir Panjang Key Responsibilities Set up and manage internal training courses, including form creation and application processing Administer the learning platform and liaise with external platform owners on technical matters Manage team mailbox and respond to staff queries Support procurement and administrative tasks, including drafting training bond documents Handle course registrations, withdrawals, and updates in the HR system; coordinate with vendors on logistics Maintain user accounts and upload content to the learning platform Explore automation opportunities to streamline workflows Extract and clean learning data to support dashboard reporting; assist with generating insights for leadership Conduct exit clearance checks for departing staff and advise on outstanding learning obligationsProvide logistical support for internal workshops and events Maintain documentation of processes, FAQs, and system guides to ensure continuity Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP) Familiar with dashboards and reporting tools Strong analytical, data management, and stakeholder engagement skills Effective communicator with project coordination experience Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
